Citywide Outreach Coordinator - The SAGE Center Full-Time  

The primary function of the Citywide Outreach Coordinator is to create linkages with aging service providers throughout New York City in support of collaborative relationships between The SAGE Center and area providers. The Citywide Outreach Coordinator will also provide wellness, socialization and educational programming to LGBT older adults through The SAGE Center at all satellite sites in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island. The Citywide Outreach Coordinator must have some experience working with aging and/or LGBT communities. She/he must be able to interact with, relate to and work with LGBT older adults, community partners and other departments at SAGE.

Senior Director for Finance & Business Services Full-Time  

The Senior Director for Finance & Business Services is a senior management position at SAGE.  Reporting to and partnering with the Executive Director, the Senior Director aligns SAGE’s financial direction in keeping with the organization’s Strategic and Business Plans.  The Senior Director oversees all financial administration, and also oversees information technology, risk management, and legal affairs.  The Senior Director must work closely with the Executive Director, staff executive team, the Board of Directors, and other important stakeholders to enable SAGE to fulfill its mission.  The Senior Director is SAGE’s primary risk manager, and simultaneously works in partnership with the Executive Director to identify strategic financial opportunities that keep the organization healthy.

Wellness Coordinator 3 - The SAGE Center Full-Time  

The primary function of the Wellness Coordinator 3 is to provide wellness, socialization and educational classes and activities to LGBT older adults through The SAGE Center at all satellite sites in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island. The Wellness Coordinator must have some experience working with aging and /or LGBT communities in a group setting. The Wellness Coordinator should ideally have experience in programmatic design and implementation. She/he must be able to interact with, relate to and work with LGBT older adults, community partners and other departments at SAGE.

Outreach Case Worker - The SAGE Center Full-Time  

The primary function of the Outreach Case Worker is to provide case assistance, information and referral and benefits programming for The SAGE Center at satellite sites in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and State Island. The Outreach Case Worker will also conduct on-going assessment of eligible participants and liaison between The SAGE Center and SAGEs Social Services Department. The Outreach Case Worker reports to the SAGE Center Social Worker. The Outreach Case Worker must have B.A. in Social Work or a related field and experience working with aging and /or LGBT communities. She/he must be able to interact with, relate to and work with LGBT older adults, community partners and numerous departments within SAGE. Bilingual (Spanish) required.

Friendly Visitor Program Manager Full-Time  

The Friendly Visitor Program Manager is an integral member of SAGE's Social Services Department. The Manager is responsible for the complete management, maintenance and promotion of the Friendly Visitor Program to national and regional aging agencies. They work with volunteers, LGBT caregivers and/or caregivers of LGBT older adults.
